AIO is seeking a Marketing Expert to partner with restaurant owners, owning their content calendars, social media presence and day-to-day marketing communications. You will collaborate with our design team to turn each restaurant's story into content that attracts customers.

You will work with the Marketing Team Lead to ensure consistency, strategy and timely execution across platforms, while building strong client relationships and delivering measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English across tones.
• Strong copywriting skills for captions and posts.
• Ability to build relationships with restaurant owners and manage clients.
• Organized with ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Knowledge of US culture, trends, holidays and sensitivities.

Aufgaben

• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for each restaurant.
• Write captions, hashtags and calls-to-action; schedule posts across platforms.
• Communicate with restaurant owners, gathering updates and assets.
• Track reach and engagement; share monthly performance summaries.
• Ensure content follows brand book: tone, colors, fonts, visual style.
• Write website copy, flyers and posters in the brand voice.
