Job summary

IO Digital is seeking a creative Content Creator to develop engaging social content, brand videos, and influencer ideas. You will manage content calendars, shoot and edit using industry tools, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines across platforms.

You will collaborate with designers, videographers, and clients to deliver innovative content series, while tracking performance and applying data-driven optimizations to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, video production, or media sciences.
• Degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
• Strong skills in smartphone shooting and editing (iPhone) for reels/live sessions.
• Proficient with Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Understanding of platform trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Ability to brainstorm, script, and execute video content aligned with brand goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand goals, audience, and brand positioning.
• Brainstorm content amplification ideas for IMC campaigns and pitches.
• Develop content strategies aligned with client objectives and audience preferences.
• Create engaging content for social media, brand videos, reels, and influencer content.
• Write and edit monthly content calendars maintaining brand consistency.
• Shoot and edit content as the new age content creator.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to develop content series.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, social best practices, SEO, and legal requirements.
• Act as point of contact for clients for content creation and progress updates.
• Identify opportunities to enhance clients’ digital presence through content recommendations.
