To complement on-site food services for staff, visitors, and corporate events, Shaheen7Stars is hiring an experienced Restaurant Chef to lead kitchen operations at its Jhelum facility.

Role Summary

The Restaurant Chef will balance daily meal production with menu planning that reflects fresh, seasonal produce sourced from company farms. The role includes leading kitchen operations for the staff cafeteria and on-site events, maintaining food safety and cost controls, and supervising a small kitchen team. The position reports to the facility manager and requires on-site presence in Jhelum.

Job Specification

• Proven culinary skills across diverse cuisines, with emphasis on fresh, seasonal vegetables, fruits, and grains.
• Menu planning and recipe development; ability to create costed recipe cards and maintain portion control.
• Kitchen management: staff supervision, rostering, training, and conflict resolution.
• Food safety and hygiene knowledge; experience implementing HACCP or equivalent procedures and maintaining clean kitchen operations.
• Inventory control and procurement coordination; ability to forecast needs and reduce waste.
