Job summary

India Abroad in Lahore is seeking a Head Chef to oversee all kitchen operations, lead a team of chefs, and ensure dishes meet recipes and standards.

You will create menus with management, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold health and safety regulations, while delivering high-volume, quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients and cuisines.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and train new staff members.
• Excellent communication skills to work with management, staff and customers.
• Strong organizational skills to handle inventory, scheduling and menu planning.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen setting.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position
