HR POD Careers in Lahore is seeking a senior full-stack engineering lead to guide a small team of developers and external partners. You will review pull requests daily, write complex features, and establish development standards and CI/CD practices.

You will apply AI tooling like Claude Code and ChatGPT, mentor engineers, and drive architectural decisions while ensuring high-quality delivery for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack web development experience.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring developers.
• Expert in TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.
• Strong PostgreSQL design, migrations, and RLS.
• Proven code review and quality-improvement track record.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions and automated testing.
• Experience establishing develpment standards (branching, tests, definitions of done).
• Experience with AI coding tools and integrating AI agents.
• Independent, self-starter with proactive mindset.
• Able to provide actionable guidance to developers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of developers on a day-to-day basis, including external partners.
• Review pull requests daily and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Write code for complex features when needed and support the team.
• Set and enforce development standards, branching, tests, and definition of done.
• Share ownership of the CI/CD pipeline and releases from day one.
• Utilize AI agents and coding tools, and extend them where gaps exist.
• Break requirements into technical tasks and sprint plans with the Lead BA.
• Collaborate with Lead Designer to ensure design fidelity.
• Explain functions, features, or APIs to team or clients on spot.
• Estimate work, commit to timelines, and flag risks early.
• Join client calls to explain technical solutions and questions.
• Onboard and mentor developers as the team grows.
