Job summary

LLMP is hiring a Technical Project Manager (Software Engineer) in Pakistan with remote work options. You will lead a talented, full-stack team and drive end-to-end development of scalable AI-powered solutions.

You will mentor developers, manage sprints, and own features from scope to production, using React, Python, and modern tooling to deliver high-quality software. This role emphasizes architecture, security, and collaboration with product and design teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in team leadership, sprint management, and technical project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in frontend React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong backend expertise in Python, Flask, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and Git/GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, overseeing sprint planning on ClickUp, assigning tasks, running code reviews, and ensuring delivery stays on track
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend
• Own features and product areas from technical scoping and specification to production delivery
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python, Flask, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Build modern frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Design, implement, and optimise RESTful APIs, microservices, and database architecture
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployments on AWS
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical specs the team can execute directly
• Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, and correctness using tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can lead from the front — someone with deep full stack expertise, strong architectural thinking, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of developers. You'll own product areas end-to-end, lead engineering sprints, and work closely with leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality systems that power our AI-driven products and client solutions.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in full stack development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in team leadership, sprint management, and technical project delivery
• Strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript for frontend development
• Strong backend expertise in Python, Flask, Node.js, and Express.js
• Solid database knowledge across PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and MySQL
• Experience with Docker, AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and Git/GitHub
• Ability to design scalable architectures and enforce security best practices
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools including Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a remote setup
• Nice to Have: Experience building LLM applications or AI/GenAI pipelines
• Nice to Have: Experience with pgvector, Redis, Celery, or multi-tenant SaaS applications
