Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in after-sales service or related field (EV/two wheeler industry).
• B.Tech degree from a recognized university (preferably in Computers).
• Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and its applications.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for EV/two wheeler products, including repair and servicing.
• Conduct site visits to diagnose issues with electric vehicles and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed on each vehicle.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by supervisors.
