Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Representative within the Supply Chain organization to represent procurement, manufacturing, sourcing, and transport in project execution, ensuring on-time delivery and contractual compliance.

The role interfaces with Material Planning, Planning, Sourcing and Logistics under the Project Director, driving budget, risk and KPI management while promoting a strong EHS discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor to Master in Engineering or Business Administration or Supply Chain management or Project Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience coordinating in project management, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement/supply chain in a project context.
• English is mandatory as per project location in the US.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hand-over with ITO team to properly start OTR execution (costing files, ITO EPP, Cost hypothesis and related industrial scheme).
• Perform working sessions with all other functions at project start, to settle project strategy, taking into account procurement strategy plan and to build EPP.
• Interact with Material Planner to guarantee fabrication order submission, PR creation, PO placement, shipment and day-to-day activities aligned with project milestones.
