Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Social Content Designer to transform photography, brand assets, and direction into polished Instagram and LinkedIn posts, graphics, and carousels. This is a fractional, remote, execution-focused role with a backlog-ready content pipeline and rapid turnarounds.

You’ll work within brand guidelines to ensure typography, layout, and visual hierarchy stay cohesive across all assets, delivering premium social content without strategy ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design or social media design
• Portfolio showing polished social or digital design work
• Experience designing for Instagram and/or LinkedIn
• Strong typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Able to work from existing brand assets and direction
• Comfortable producing content consistently in a fractional, remote capacity
• Strong organizational and file-management skills

Responsibilities

• Design polished content for Instagram and LinkedIn
• Create single-image posts, graphics, and multi-slide carousels
• Transform photography and brand assets into engaging social content
• Translate provided creative direction into finished designs
• Maintain consistent visual quality across social content
• Build and maintain a backlog of finished content ready to publish
