Qualifications

• University degree in sciences, arts, public policy, mathematics, engineering, data, information systems, information management, computer sciences, computer engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• An advanced degree or doctorate would be an advantage.
• At least five (5) years of experience in ICTs and project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the implementation of the Smart Village Pakistan programme with partners and stakeholders.
• Write and collate workshop, meeting reports and make presentations as required.
• Prepare documentation related to recruitment of experts and procurement requests.
• Provide technical feedback on village-level assessments and studies.
