Job summary

UNDP Pakistan is seeking an ICT / Digital Justice Analyst to provide specialised technical support for digital justice initiatives, including virtual courts, case management, data governance, and interoperability across government partners. The role is based in Islamabad with travel to KP and Balochistan.

The incumbent will coordinate with ICT units, partner institutions, and service providers to ensure scalable, secure and sustainable digital solutions and institutional adoption.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in IT-related field required; or Bachelor’s with additional two years of qualifying experience.
• Experience in ICT systems, digital public-sector solutions or related areas.
• Familiarity with data protection, backup and business-continuity principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design and implementation support for digital justice and ICT solutions.
• Coordinate system testing, deployment, and institutional adoption of digital tools.
• Promote interoperability and data governance across partner institutions.
• Monitor progress and ensure quality assurance of ICT interventions.
• Support procurement, technical specifications, and vendor coordination.
