Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated experience in telecommunications and networking.
• Prior Tier 3 or senior support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest-level escalation point for advanced telecom issues.
• Design, configure, and manage advanced routing and switching protocols.
• Monitor and ensure the stability of core network infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve complex outages including hardware failures.
• Lead the design and deployment of new infrastructure projects.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of telecom systems

Expertise with Adtran or Cisco CPE configuration

Strong problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering
