Job summary

HyreUp is seeking an SEO and Web Development Specialist to improve organic visibility, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. You will blend SEO strategy with responsive landing page design on WordPress, leveraging Elementor or Oxygen, while automating workflows via Zapier or n8n for seamless lead routing.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of hands-on SEO and web development experience, proficiency with SEO tools, and a solid understanding of HTML/CSS.

Qualifications

2–3 years of hands-on SEO and web development experience.
Experience with WordPress and page builders (Elementor, Oxygen).
Proficiency with SEO tracking and auditing tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AccuRanker, BrightLocal).
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website architecture.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute SEO strategies focused on organic visibility, traffic, and qualified lead generation.
Create SEO-optimized landing pages using WordPress and builders.
Build and manage form-to-CRM lead routing workflows, utilizing APIs and webhooks.
Perform technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, indexation and Core Web Vitals.
Monitor rankings and KPIs with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, AccuRanker, BrightLocal.
