Motive is a global safety and operations platform seeking a Senior Manager, Commercial Account Management to lead a team responsible for expanding and retaining customers that sit between SMB and Mid-Market. You will drive revenue growth while ensuring value delivery across regions.

The role is primarily remote with oversight of Commercial Account Managers based in Pakistan (Islamabad or Lahore) and periodic travel for strategic planning and in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of international sales experience, preferably US market.
• 2+ years of leading or mentoring sales teams.
• Strong B2B sales track record with mid-to-large deals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed revenue goals by growing and retaining commercial accounts.
• Set and optimize pipeline targets and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Lead and coach Commercial Account Managers to improve performance.
• Oversee use of Motive product suite and negotiate complex deals.
• Collaborate with sales operations for CRM alignment and training.
