Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Senior Human Data Manager to oversee data collection, validation, and annotation processes for high-quality AI training datasets. You will manage teams of human annotators, design guidelines, and coordinate with technical stakeholders to ensure data standards align with project objectives and client requirements.

You will lead efforts to implement scalable annotation workflows, monitor performance metrics, and mentor staff across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing large-scale data annotation projects for AI/ML training datasets.
• Proficiency in data validation techniques and quality control processes for structured and unstructured data.
• Strong leadership skills to guide annotator teams and optimize workflow performance.
• Familiarity with annotation tools such as Label Studio, Prodigy, or similar platforms.
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into clear annotation instructions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy across datasets.
• Lead and mentor a team of human annotators, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.
