Job summary

Motive is seeking detail-oriented data annotators to support our live safety platform. You will review and label images and video to help AI models identify risks and improve product safety across 24/7 operations onsite in Islamabad.

This entry-level role offers rotational shifts, collaboration with Product and R&D teams, training during probation, and opportunities to grow in ML/data engineering as you contribute to high-quality datasets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, Business, or related discipline.
Up to two years of relevant experience, suitable for entry-level and early-career professionals.
Basic understanding of G-Suite preferred.
Customer-centric mindset and interest in AI/ML in trucking sector.
Ability to work onsite in a 24/7/365 team.

Responsibilities

Review and annotate images and video data to support AI and safety features.
Identify and tag risks using both contextual knowledge and standardized instructions.
Analyze data and participate in process pilots to enhance products.
Maintain high standards of tagging accuracy and SLA compliance.
Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to generate high-quality datasets.
To be comfortable working on multiple projects and tools, along with time management.
Provide feedback for existing processes and tools that help in improving the accuracy and quality of deep learning models, considering customer demand.
Uphold confidentiality and compliance with company standards.
