Qualifications

• Experience in document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or data classification at scale.
• Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with handling Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
• Strong written and verbal communication, documenting findings clearly.
• Ability to follow complex guidelines and taxonomies.
• Experience performing QA/validation on large data sets.
• Ability to balance efficiency with precision in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Carefully review large volumes of structured and unstructured data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and flag issues related to data quality, consistency, and risks involving PII.
• Annotate, classify, and redact sensitive information to maintain privacy and compliance.
• Follow guidelines, taxonomies, and workflows for data categorization and validation.
• Perform QA checks to verify data integrity and validate outputs.
• Maintain detailed records of reviewed documents and actions for traceability.
• Collaborate with the customer's team, communicating findings and recommendations clearly.
