PromoGeneration is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our outbound growth strategy in a fully remote role. You will build a robust sales pipeline, identify key decision-makers, and qualify leads across multiple channels from a home office setup.

The role emphasizes high performance in a startup environment with a base salary plus uncapped commissions, offering significant earning potential for top performers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on B2B sales or outbound SDR
• Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce preferred
• Ability to conduct multi-channel outreach and prospect research

Responsibilities

• Pipeline generation and outbound outreach across multiple channels
• Account mapping and prospect research to identify high-value targets
• Lead qualification and qualification of inbound/outbound prospects
• Sales presentations and product demonstrations to corporate buyers
• CRM management in Salesforce and collaboration with leadership on scripts and objections
• Aim for consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs, meeting quotas and revenue targets
• Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth hand-offs
