Job summary

Logic Finder is seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects and oversee the Business Development team. The role focuses on delivering projects on time and within budget while supporting business growth and operational efficiency.

You will plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, manage client relationships, and develop strategies to win new business. Remote night shift is available with a monthly salary of PKR 70,000–80,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience; IT industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Business Development team and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to grow client base and revenue.
• Collaborate with operations to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Remain flexible for additional duties as assigned.
