Job summary

Bits Generation, a growth-focused software house in Karachi, seeks a Female Project Manager for an onsite evening/night shift to lead software projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate with designers, developers, QA and SEO teams, manage timelines, risks and client communications across international accounts, while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Requirements include 2+ years PM experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong English, SDLC knowledge and proficiency with Trello,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana or Monday.com.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage software development projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists and QA teams.
• Communicate project updates with international clients.
• Create project plans, timelines and milestones.
• Assign tasks and monitor project progress.
• Prepare reports and project documentation.
• Conduct client meetings and internal meetings.
• Identify project risks and provide solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain excellent client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
