• 3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, or healthcare operations.
• Excellent English, written and spoken, with U.S.-based executives.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, investigative, and analytical skills.
• Excellent follow-up and task-management abilities.
• Ability to work with incomplete information and determine next steps independently.
• Attention to detail and distributed teams experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-department workstreams and operational tasks across the organization.
• Clarify requirements, prioritize work, and ensure timely completion.
• Track deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding items; own tasks from request to completion.
• Communicate updates confidently with executives, managers, and external partners.
• Coordinate logistics for medical equipment, supplies, and materials.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions.
• Prepare concise research summaries, reports, and operational summaries.
