BlueHorizon is seeking an Online Consultant to support clients in Faisalabad, Pakistan, through chat, email, or video calls. You will provide personalized advice, understand client needs, and guide them to solutions with strong communication and online platform knowledge.

This remote role offers flexible hours and a monthly salary of $1,200. A minimum of two years in a consulting or customer-service setting is expected, with English fluency and a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Online Consultant or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
• Strong understanding of online platforms such as social media, forums, or live chat.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
