Aura Digital Agency is seeking outbound sales executives to join our international calling team. This fully remote role targets US markets, requiring confident, natural English and a results-driven approach.

You will handle high-volume calls, follow structured scripts, and drive conversions from international prospects. We offer a fixed monthly salary with strong performance-based commissions, uncapped earning potential, and extensive call training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in outbound calling/sales/telemarketing environments.
• Excellent spoken English with USA accent and clear pronunciation.
• Confident communication with international prospects, especially US-based customers.
• Ability to handle 400+ outbound calls daily and stay professional.
• Strong listening, questioning, and objection-handling skills.
• Proven track record with KPIs, targets, and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Make 400+ outbound calls per day using company scrapes and dialing systems.
• Communicate professionally with international prospects and customers.
• Follow campaign scripts while sounding natural and conversational.
• Build rapport quickly and keep prospects engaged.
• Confirm prospect details and schedule follow-ups or registrations.
• Move qualified prospects through the sales/conversion process.
