Job summary

SaMeD RCM Solutions in Islamabad is seeking a Sales Calling Representative for the US market. The role is on-site with evening hours to align with US business hours, handling outbound calls to healthcare providers to introduce medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management services.

You will qualify prospects, set meetings, maintain records, and work toward daily/weekly targets while earning incentives beyond the fixed salary.

Qualifications

• Good spoken English and clear communication skills.
• Confidence in making outbound cold calls.
• Professional, positive, and persuasive communication style.
• Motivation to achieve targets and earn performance-based incentives.
• Willingness to work an evening/night shift aligned with US business hours.
• Previous experience in call centers, telesales, international campaigns, or business development is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical billing or healthcare services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to healthcare providers and medical practices across the United States.
• Introduce our medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management services professionally.
• Identify potential clients and assess their interest in our services.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings with interested healthcare providers.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with practice owners, physicians, and office managers.
• Maintain accurate call records, prospect information, and follow-up notes.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly calling and meeting targets.
• Represent the company professionally during every interaction.
