Job summary

TalentPop App is seeking a creative Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor to craft bold visuals and engaging short-form video content for digital ads and social channels. This fully remote role is open to applicants in Pakistan, South Africa, Jamaica, and the Philippines, paying in USD hourly and aligned with US business hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, or both.
• Portfolio showing real range across social graphics, branding, or video work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva/CapCut/Figma.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and pacing.

Responsibilities

• Design static graphics and/or edit motion content for digital ads, social media, emails, and brand touchpoints.
• Create and edit short-form video (UGC, TikTok, Reels, promos) that perform.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels, internal and external.
• Collaborate with marketing/strategy for fresh creative angles, not just briefs.
• Manage projects with fast turnaround times from home.
