HR Ways in Karachi seeks a Senior Graphic Designer & 2D Animator for remote work. You will create and animate content for social media campaigns, reels, stories, carousels, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and high visual standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Design, or a related field, with 4–6 years of agency experience in design and motion graphics.

• 4–6 years of agency experience in design and motion content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong visual sense typography, layout, animation, and color balance.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with a passion for digital storytelling and visual innovation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and animate creative content for social media, campaigns, and digital ads (reels, stories, carousels, animations).
• Conceptualize visual ideas in line with brand strategy and campaign direction.
• Produce motion graphics and short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to develop campaign visuals and storytelling concepts.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and maintains high aesthetic standards.
• Stay updated on creative trends, platform formats, and visual styles to produce modern, high-performing content.
