Job summary

TalentPop App is seeking a creative Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor to craft bold visuals and engaging short-form video content for digital ads and social channels. This fully remote role is open to applicants in Pakistan, South Africa, Jamaica, and the Philippines, paying in USD hourly and aligned with US business hours.

Graphic Designer / Video Editor — 100% Work From Home

Got an eye for bold visuals or a knack for making short-form video that stops the scroll? At TalentPop App, we're looking for a creative, motivated Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor to help bring our brand to life — whether your strength is static design, video editing, or both.

This is a fully remote role, permanently — no office, no commute, no dress code. Just you, your creative tools, and a team that actually wants to see what you can do.

The basics:

• Fully remote — open to applicants in the Pakistan, South Africa, Jamaica, and the Philippines,
• Pay: Paid in USD, hourly — your income holds its value, no matter what's happening with local exchange rates

What You'll Do

• Design static graphics and/or edit motion content for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, and brand touchpoints
• Create and edit short-form video (UGC, TikToks, Reels, promo videos) built to actually perform
• Keep our visual brand consistent across every channel, internal and external
• Team up with marketing and strategy to come up with fresh creative angles, not just execute briefs
• Manage your own projects and hit turnaround times in a fast-paced environment

You're a great fit if you:

• Have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, or both
• Have a portfolio that shows real range — social graphics, branding, or video work
• Know your way around Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or tools like Canva, CapCut, and Figma
• Understand what makes content perform — visual hierarchy, typography, pacing, trends
• Communicate clearly, sweat the details, and want to keep leveling up your craft

At home, you'll need:

• A laptop/PC with at least an Intel i5 (or equivalent) and 8GB RAM
• Internet that reliably hits 25 Mbps up/down
