Advanced Asset Management, LLC is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to develop high-quality digital advertising creatives for our multifamily property portfolio. This role focuses on producing engaging static, video, and carousel ads for Meta and other platforms.

You will translate campaign objectives into compelling visuals, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with the marketing team, and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.

Competenze

• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in digital advertising or property marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
• Experience creating static ads, video creatives, and carousel advertisements for digital platforms.
• Understanding of social media advertising formats, visual storytelling, and creative testing.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is required.
