You will power the Blueprint Studio, producing branding, marketing collateral, and digital assets with clean execution and quick turnarounds. This role offers a clear path to creative leadership as the team grows.

The position is fully remote and involves collaborating with international teams, with a focus on real estate marketing assets and high-quality visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Figma and layout design.
• Solid graphic design portfolio, ideally in marketing or agency work.
• Reliable, consistent delivery with tight turnarounds.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute a steady queue of design tasks including branding, social graphics, print materials, and floorplans.
• Adapt and build marketing collateral in Figma following brand guidelines.
• Support client launches with light web design and presentation work.
• Incorporate feedback quickly with minimal back-and-forth revisions.
• Maintain organized Figma files and workflows to enable team collaboration.
• Provide daily progress updates to leadership to meet deadlines.
