Beyond EQT Real Estate Development Ltd seeks a finance professional to own the compliance calendar across multiple entities and coordinate with external accountants in each country.

You will design and implement a single monthly reporting pack for founder decision-making, oversee banking relationships, and lead your first direct report by month three. The role requires sharp English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years in finance or accounting, with exposure to multiple entities and tax jurisdictions.
• Experience as the sole finance person, second in command, or head of an in-house finance team of six people or fewer.
• Background in small companies; candidates who have only worked in large organizations may not be a fit.
• Strong commercial judgment and willingness to investigate discrepancies in invoices.
• Persistence in following up with unresponsive counterparties.
• Sharp written English and comfort using AI tools.

Responsabilités

• Manage relationships with external accountants and advisors, including fee negotiations.
• Design the accounting system, chart of accounts, and a single monthly reporting pack to support founder decision-making.
• Oversee banking relationships across all jurisdictions.
• Hire and manage your first direct report, starting in month three.
• Resolve a backlog of stalled asset disposals and entity wind-downs across several countries by following up, addressing blockers, and driving work to closure.
