Qualifications

• 5-12 years in finance or accounting, with exposure to multiple entities and tax jurisdictions.
• Experience as the sole finance person, second in command, or head of an in-house finance team of six people or fewer.
• Background in small companies; candidates who have only worked in large organizations may not be a fit.
• Strong commercial judgment and willingness to investigate discrepancies in invoices.
• Persistence in following up with unresponsive counterparties.
• Sharp written English and comfort using AI tools.
