Job summary

YO IT Consulting seeks an experienced reviewer/editor for an hourly, remote contractor role. You will review AI-generated English responses, generate expert content, and provide precise feedback.

Assess accuracy, clarity, and adherence to prompts; identify errors in logic and methodology; fact-check when needed, and write high-quality explanations and model revisions. You will rate and compare AI responses for correctness and reasoning quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, English, Translation/Localization, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Expert command of English (C2/Native-level preferred) with minimum C1 proficiency; multilingual ability preferred.
• Strong grammar, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse structure, and editing across registers.
• Detail-oriented, able to explain corrections clearly in writing.
• Experience with AI data training/annotation/editorial QA or localization QA preferred.
• Experience using AI tools like Perplexity, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: create prompts and responses to guide AI learning.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, fluency, and contextual relevance.
• Test AI models for inaccuracies or biases and validate reliability across use cases.
