Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle calls from patients and insurance companies.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, deductibles, copays, and annual maximums.
• Maintain patient demographics, insurance information, and billing records.
• Respond to inquiries regarding appointments, insurance, and billing.
• Follow up on outstanding patient balances and insurance payments as instructed.
• Coordinate with US dental offices and billing teams.
