UniTriTeam (UTT) is seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to oversee end-to-end study start-up and site activation for clinical research clients. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring regulatory, contractual, and system readiness for first patient enrollment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical research background, high attention to detail, urgency, and accountability, with experience in GCP and multi-study coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, clinical research, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical research.
• Experience managing clinical research projects, study start-up activities, or site activation processes.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs.
• Proficiency with project management tools, trackers, Excel, and collaboration platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the study start-up process from initial study award through site activation.
• Develop study start-up plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate start-up activities across regulatory, contracts, budgets, clinical operations, finance, recruitment, tech, and other teams.
• Track all start-up activities: feasibility, regulatory submissions, IRB approvals, contracts, budgets, training, system readiness.
• Ensure documentation and requirements are completed before site activation.
• Identify critical-path activities and mitigate delays.
• Drive timely completion of start-up milestones with compliance and quality.
