Job summary

Cadence Translate is seeking a Project Manager for its Moderation Team (Associate on Client Service). You will lead moderation‑related project management, client communication, and talent matchmaking for market research projects conducted remotely and on‑site as needed.

You will handle scoping, matchmaking, and executing projects, coordinating with clients and moderators to ensure timely delivery. The role emphasizes growth within Client Services and collaboration with multiple product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience within the market research industry (Qualitative) as a Project Manager.
• Hands‑on qualitative fieldwork experience: prepping discussion guides, moderating interviews, recruiting respondents, and writing reports.
• Fluency in English. Fluency in additional languages will be a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Goal‑oriented, data‑driven, growth mindset.
• Enthusiasm for genAI‑enabled hybrid research workflows - AI drafts, human adds insight and execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects daily, spanning weeks to months across languages and geographies.
• Coordinate scoping with clients and internal teams to meet quality, speed, and cost targets.
• Identify and recruit suitable moderators based on project needs and candidate profiles.
• Align expectations between clients and moderators and conduct briefing calls.
• Chaperone kickoff calls and follow up post‑project to ensure satisfaction.
