• Understanding of accounting principles, cost control, and financial reporting.

• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and maintain project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reports; monitor expenses and variances; support cost improvement."
• Accounting & Financial Operations: Use QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting; manage invoices, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll processing; assist with month-end closing and reporting.
