Get Flooring is seeking a Budgeting Specialist and Accounting Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on budgeting, cost control, and project accounting for flooring projects across multiple markets.

You will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and accounting to prepare accurate budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze variances. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of budgeting or cost estimating experience, strong Excel/QuickBooks skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The Budgeting Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the financial planning processes by preparing accurate budgets, monitoring expenses, and analyzing variances to keep projects on track financially. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for identifying discrepancies and recommending actionable solutions.
