Ghalib Ashrafi is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy LLM-powered workflows for client operations in Pakistan. You will build unattended pipelines, handle real client input, log robustly, and optimize for cost across Urdu and English conversations, primarily via WhatsApp.

You'll work in a remote-friendly role, collaborate with the wider team, and translate complex architectures into client-friendly explanations in their language.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software with production LLM work.
• Comfortable evaluating model output in Urdu as well as English.
• Strong Python or JavaScript, APIs, queues and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered workflows that survive client accounts and constraints.
• Write evaluation sets that decide whether a workflow ships.
• Automate bilingual Urdu/English output and manage bandwidth and device constraints.
• Wire WhatsApp into the workflow and monitor costs and reliability.
