You will collaborate with product and backend teams to turn AI prototypes into reliable, monitored systems, ensuring robust observability and guardrails in production environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building with Python and AI tooling.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with FastAPI and vector databases.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build LLM-powered chatbots, copilots, and agent workflows.
• Design RAG pipelines with private knowledge bases.
• Integrate OpenAI, Claude, and open-source models via secure APIs.
• Add evaluation, guardrails, and observability for production AI.
