Ghalib Ashrafi is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy LLM-powered workflows for client operations in Pakistan. You will build unattended pipelines, handle real client input, log robustly, and optimize for cost across Urdu and English conversations, primarily via WhatsApp.

You'll work in a remote-friendly role, collaborate with the wider team, and translate complex architectures into client-friendly explanations in their language.

The workflows you build run unattended on real client operations - lead qualification, content pipelines, reporting, WhatsApp triage - which means they have to handle messy input, fail safely, log everything and stay cheap to run. Almost everything is built inside the client's own accounts and API keys rather than ours, so the work has to be legible to somebody else afterwards. This role covers our Pakistan clients and supports the wider team.
