Qualifications

• Based in Pakistan and 2–4 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
• Strong Python production-grade coding skills.
• Hands-on experience with NLP and transformer models.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and evaluate production ML models.
• Develop Arabic NLP solutions including text classification and NER.
• Build LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines.
• Implement recommendation systems and search/ranking.
• Deploy APIs via FastAPI and containerized services.
• Collaborate with international teams across time zones.
• Monitor model performance and data pipelines in production.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to Swibit's AI Collective.
