Job summary

COLAB PK is seeking an Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting and finance functions, including payroll, budgeting, reporting, and statutory compliance. The role supports strategic financial planning and cost optimization to ensure financial stability and growth.

Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, GL, month-end close, payroll processing, cash flow management, and financial analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with experience managing finance operations.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Hands-on experience with payroll, cash flow management, AP/AR, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Strong understanding of tax and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, journal entries and reconciliations.
Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing and accurate books of accounts.
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, deductions, disbursements, and reporting.
Monitor cash flow and working capital; oversee funds management and payments.
Prepare department budgets and monitor variances; identify cost-saving opportunities.
Provide financial insights and reports to support management decisions.
