Job summary

Poonawalla Fincorp in Pakistan's Gilgit-Baltistan region seeks an experienced sales professional to drive gold loan growth. You will identify potential customers, generate leads through cold calls, referrals and local market visits, and educate clients on products, interest rates and benefits.

You will guide customers through document submission and RBI-compliant KYC, plan branch and field marketing to maintain a healthy lead pipeline, and work to increase gold loan volumes while cross-selling

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product/sales experience in gold loan or asset products.

Principal Accountabilities

• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to improve branch visibility.
• Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
• Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
• Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch growth.
• Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus various other third-party products.
