Job summary

Octus, a global provider of credit intelligence, invites applications for a Data Analyst in its Pakistan office. You will manage inflows of client data, maintain an issuer and asset database, and support the ESMA regulatory reporting product with accurate data relationships.

You will collaborate with product and client teams, perform issuer research, ensure KYC records are up to date, and advocate for the ESMA framework while delivering reliable data insights for leading investment managers.

Qualifications

• Fixed income operational experience.
• Knowledge of broader financial markets.
• Experience with leveraged loans is an advantage, but not required.
• Self-starter, independent thinker and collaborative team player.
• Strong organisational skills; you thrive on being a diligent multi-tasker.

Responsibilities

• Manage inflows of client data and maintain an accurate database of issuers, loans and deal sites
• Carry out issuer research to establish the correct relationships and identify assets correctly
• Act as the product’s KYC point person, keeping client and contract records accurate and up to date
• Work with the Product team to manage workflows, contract execution and invoicing
• Develop mechanisms to simplify the centralisation of data collection and the integration of those metrics into the ESMA product
• Act as a champion for our client base, understanding their needs and requirements
• Educate client relationships as an ESMA Article 7 framework expert
