Job summary

JazzWorld seeks a Senior Legal Counsel with IP & governance expertise to lead trademark and copyright portfolios, manage litigation, and oversee corporate governance across the group. You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Procurement and supervise external counsel on filings and disputes.

The role requires strong drafting, regulatory knowledge, and experience in board processes and SECP filings. A large corporate or listed environment exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• LLB/LLM/Bar at Law with 5–7 years’ in-house or law-firm IP exposure.
• Experience managing trademark and copyright portfolios for consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of the trademark and copyright portfolio.
• Steer IP assets through rebranding with external counsel.
• Manage IP litigation before tribunals and develop case strategy.
• Review advertising for legal and regulatory risk before publication.
• Draft and review IP provisions in commercial agreements and oversee external IP counsel.
• Lead corporate governance work, including board documentation and SECP filings.
