Job summary

The British American Tobacco Group is seeking a Regional Sustainability Deployment Manager in Pakistan to drive sustainability strategy, policies, standards and implementation across the region. You will provide leadership to End Markets DRBU Sustainability Managers and Global Sustainability Teams, enabling seamless execution while safeguarding BAT's reputation and license to operate.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations functions within ESG, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading a team to deliver business goals in an international company.
• Knowledge of international regulations, the sustainable development agenda, and external engagement practices.
• Educated to degree level, preferably in Environmental, Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• Health & Safety knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive ESG performance across the Regional scope ensuring delivery against corporate commitments for BAT Operations and wider value chain.
• Lead regional deployment plans for new capabilities (Standardization and alignment) whilst optimizing cost and environmental performance.
• Management of sustainability performance data KPIs and associated reporting process (monthly and quarterly).
• Develop leading edge sustainability capabilities and solutions for business activities and ensure their implementation throughout the Region.
• Engage with experts across industries, academic, governmental, and non-governmental institutions to benchmark developments.
