Job summary

Zong 5G in Multan is seeking an Assistant Manager Regulatory Affairs to manage end-to-end regulatory activities across Central B. The role involves liaising with PTA, law enforcement, and local administrations, and supporting Sales, Franchise, and Kiosk operations to ensure timely compliance.

You will work under the Director Regulatory Affairs, handling urgent escalations and coordinating with FAB regional offices to resolve interference, while ensuring coverage across sub-regions Central A and

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

• Time-critical obligations: LEA escalations, PTA meetings/compliance requirements, QoS survey/complaints & court hearings frequently fall due in both sub-regions at the same time.
• Sales and kiosk impact: Kiosk activation, regularization, and approval requests have faced delays due to split geography.
• Franchise support gap: On-site presence required during police, LEA, or other government actions to avoid commercial exposure.
• Relationship management: Regular liaison with PTA regional office, local administration and LEAs in both sub-regions cannot be sustained by one rep.
