Job summary

MSM Unify seeks a seasoned Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer to steer global growth in international education partnerships. You will lead strategic initiatives, shape policy, and drive performance with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, transformational leadership, and a proven ability to negotiate with executives while traveling as needed to meet partners and clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel and meet potential partners and clients.

• Knowledge of global trends, economic drivers and policies in international education.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with counselors and overseas education consultants.

• Lead independently with minimal supervision and mentor team members.

Roles and Responsibilites

• Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with counselors and overseas education consultants.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and spot evaluation sessions.
• Develop, implement, and manage strategies to maximize international student recruitment.
• Demonstrate the ability to speak effectively to small and large groups in both informal and formal settings.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Train and mentor team members and design training programs where required.
• Exercise sound judgment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
• Proactively generate ideas to develop new business opportunities.
• Maximize student recruitment to achieve regional financial and enrollment targets.
