Job summary

Axiom Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead and expand pharmaceutical sales operations across Faisalabad and surrounding territories. You will build and manage a high-performing regional team, drive doctor engagement, and ensure achievement of sales targets.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to develop regional strategies that boost product growth, market penetration, and long-term business development.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in senior sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of Faisalabad market and surrounding territories.
• Experience working with medical consultants and healthcare professionals.
• Established relationships with doctors, consultants, pharmacists, distributors and other stakeholders.
• Proven track record of meeting pharmaceutical sales targets.
• Experience building, leading and developing regional sales teams.
• Territory management, doctor coverage, product promotion and market development.
• Therapeutic area exposure in neurology/psychiatry/ CNS preferred.

Job Specification:

• Pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience with a reputable pharmaceutical company, preferably in a senior sales, Area Manager, Regional Manager, or equivalent position.
• Strong knowledge of the Faisalabad pharmaceutical market and surrounding territories.
• Experience working with medical consultants and healthcare professionals.
• Professional relationships with doctors, consultants, KOLs, pharmacies, distributors, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving pharmaceutical sales targets.
• Experience building, managing, motivating, and developing pharmaceutical sales teams.
• Understanding of territory management, doctor coverage, product promotion, market development, and business growth.
• Relevant therapeutic experience in neurology, neuropsychiatry, psychiatry, neuroscience/CNS, neurosurgery, gastroenterology, orthopedics, gynecology, pediatrics, nutraceuticals, or other relevant pharmaceutical areas is preferred.
• Experience with neurology, neuropsychiatry, neuroscience/CNS, and neurosurgery consultants is an advantage.
