Job summary

Axiom Pharmaceutical seeks an Assistant Field Manager (AFM) based in Islamabad to support field operations, coordinate teams, and manage business activities across assigned locations. You will organize field teams, monitor performance, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating field teams, territory activities, pharmaceutical promotion, healthcare operations, or related commercial work.
• Strong planning, scheduling, reporting, and time-management skills.
• Ability to monitor field performance, review activity data, and follow up on targets.
• Clear verbal and written communication with healthcare professionals, distributors, and internal teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and email-based reporting tools.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Professional conduct, attention to detail, accountability, and sound problem-solving judgment.
• Understanding of ethical pharmaceutical practices and compliance expectations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Field Manager in planning daily and weekly field activities.
• Coordinate, guide, and monitor field representatives to ensure coverage of assigned territories.
• Track visits, activity reports, targets, and operational progress using accurate documentation.
• Support communication with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Identify field challenges, provide practical solutions, and escape issues when required.
• Ensure activities follow company policies, ethical standards, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
• Prepare regular reports and share market observations with management.
• Work regularly in the field and travel within assigned territories.
